Shipping methods: We offer standard shipping via USP for all orders. Expedited shipping is also available for an additional fee.
Delivery times: Our standard shipping option, which includes CO2 offsetting, ensures timely delivery within domestic locations (USA & Canada) in approximately 3 business days.
For international shipping, the standard option typically takes 5-20 business days.
If you prefer a quicker delivery, our expedited shipping service guarantees delivery within 1-3 business days for both domestic and international shipments.
For urgent domestic shipments, we offer overnight shipping, which ensures delivery within 1 business day, specifically for locations in the USA and Canada.

Order processing: All orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days of receiving payment. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping fees: Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. Free shipping in United States for all orders over $80. You can view the shipping fee during checkout before completing your purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
International destinations: We currently offer international shipping through to Canada, the UK, Europe, EFTA States and worldwide. Fixed standard shipping rates apply for international orders subject to duties and import taxes rates.
Damaged or lost packages: In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can initiate a claim with the carrier. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner.
